Principles to ensure the Report quality

Balance:

This report reflects the positive and negative points of the Unimeds management performance, providing the reader with a

balanced assessment of consolidated indicators from 231 Unimed cooperatives and auxiliary societies, 65.81% of the Unimeds total

composing the Unimed System on December 31, 2014.

Comparability:

The consolidated indicators have their comparison based on years 2013 and 2014, facilitating understanding and

comparability in the performance evolution of the 231 Unimeds covered by this report.

Accuracy:

The indicators consolidation process was based on the Unimed Social Balance, a tool adapted to the model of Instituto

Brasileiro de Análises Sociais e Econômicas (Ibase) for the cooperatives reality; The indicators are filled out electronically by the

accountant of each participating Unimed, revised and approved by the Unimed do Brasil accounting advisory area.

Timeliness:

Unimed do Brasil, responsible for this report construction, adopted the report annual financial year.

Clarity:

Graphics and tables permeate this report, aiming at a better understanding and access to reported information by the relationship

publics who will use this document.

Reliability:

The indicators collection process involved direct access to the Unimed Social Balance that Unimed cooperatives fill out

voluntarily. The indicators were collected, compiled, analyzed and registered.
