Theoretical referential for the Human
Development Nuclei (NDH) implementation
It has been constructed with the purpose of guiding the imple-
mentation and operation of the Human Development Nuclei
(NDH), based on the Human Development National Policy. An-
other purpose of the referential is to share Unimed System ex-
periences, fostering the efficiency of chosen strategies. One of
its challenges is to develop mechanisms contributing to the im-
plementation and operation as a management strategy, guiding,
supporting and sharing experiences, besides fostering actions for
the nuclei to collaborate with the Unimed business sustainability.
The Unimed System Human Development Nuclei are focused on
Knowledge Management promotion through innovation and ar-
ticulation of partnerships seeking to feasibilize resources to con-
solidate actions directed towards members, employees, clients
and the community, based on the education, science, culture, en-
vironment and society topics.
This referential implementation will happen still in
the second semester of 2015 and will be carried out
in partnership with the Unimed Foundation
