Audit Board
• Composition: Composed by three incumbent mem-
bers and three alternate members, all of them physi-
cians and members of singular medical work coop-
erative integrating theUnimed Cooperative Societies
System, meeting the By-Laws specific requirements,
elected annually by the General Meeting. The cur-
rent composition was elected at the Annual General
Meeting of 03/25/2015.
