Cooperated physicians engagement

Given our commitment to the collective construction of a better health system, we acknowledge the importance of Unimed cooper-

ated physicians to get involved and closely follow-up everything happening at their cooperative. Concerning the existing information

channels and dialog tools with members, Unimeds have intranets/member portals; e-mails; correspondences; SMS; assistance centers;

periodic journals; among others. In 2014, 454 meetings were held, with an average attendance of 35.23% of members. Besides, 71% of

the 231 Unimeds which completed the Unimed Social Balance in 2014 informed that member participation in the cooperative planning

occurs on the Management Board and Board levels. Below there are tables with indicators about member attendance at meetings and

the distribution of a total amount of R$ 626 million in benefits.
