Member National Relationship Program

Unimed do Brasil is developing a nationwide member relationship program. Its strategic

purposes are to promote the physicians integration and engagement with the cooperative.

The base involves acknowledging the commitment of this professional, bringing benefits

highly perceived by cooperated physicians and engaging Singular units in the program ex-

ecution and adherence. The proposal is to have a single scoring currency, which should be

flexible to meet the specificities of each Unimed.

Employees profile

In 2014, the total number of employees among all 231 Unimeds which completed the

Unimed Social Balance ended the year amounting to over 86 thousand, a 7.21% workforce

increase in 2014 – in comparison with 2013. Employees in the age range from 36 to 60

years old represented 40%. An increase of 163 employees older than 61 years of age has

also been observed.
