Positions and salaries plan
Launched in 2012, this Project aims at complying with Normative Resolution no. 277 of
ANS-(National Supplementary Health Agency) with respect to definition of rates, require-
ments and responsibilities of each position/function, distributed in career trajectories suit-
ing the competence-management model. The implementation makes it possible to effi-
ciently develop the Search, Selection, Training and Performance Assessment System, and
to take advantage of individual qualifications in compatible functions with the professional
capability of each employee. Among other benefits, the current positions structure revision
of the Salary Table is carried out using non-personal assessment instruments, a transparent
career plan allowing the employee’s professional and salary ascension.
